GYM EXERCISE TIPS FOR BEGINNERS

Hello everyone.

Today i will tell you about the ' Fitness ' tips from my side as i have experienced to have for a good health.
All the tips i am giving you are for those who have started gymming and completed their one month of gym.
Those people can try try this to maintain their good ' Physique '.
If you are new in a gym ask for the instruction by your trainer.

At the beginning your's body will feel little bit of body pain.
But when body gets used to it you feel no pain.

In this blog i will like to tell you.
First of all if you are a beginner and trying for some information for the beginning stage of your gym.
So here is the information or you can say tips i will give you.

Step by step i will tell you abut the exercise


1) WARMUP -

 
Do proper warmup, warmup is necesary because you need to make your body warm.
Otherwise there might be a chance of injury.
In warmup you should twist your neck 360 degree.
Then after that twist your forearms,shoulder.
Then do some stretching and also you can do Pushups and Suryanamaskar.

2) CHEST EXERCISE -


After a warmup do ' Machine chest press '. 
I will suggest machine beacause you need to get some judgement regarding instrument.
Do Machine chest press either Flat, Incline or Decline.
But i will suggest you to do a ' Flat chest press '. It will be easier for new beginners.

3) BACK EXERCISE -


In this you can do ' Lat pull down '. Basically it is done for back exercise.
In that you have to spread your hands little bit broader than usual.
And you have to pull down the rod till the chest. At the same time you have to little bit bend backwards.

4) SHOULDER EXERCISE -

Then we go to the shoulder section.
In that we do the ' Machine shoulder press '. You can start with light weights in the beginning.
As i have said you need to have or feel the judgement and the proper use of instrument. In that your  upper shoulder gets trained.     
In shoulder after Machine shoulder press. You can also do ' Side dumbell raise '. It is also very useful as it give cuttings to your shoulder.

5) ARMS EXERCISE -

 

A) BICEPS -


After thet we will go to the arm section where at first we do Biceps exercise.
In that use light weight dumbell of about 2.5kgs as it was availabe in our gym.
Do the 5 to 10 repetitions per sets at beginning do 1 or 2 sets.
After dumbell use the ' Cable biceps curl '. It is similar to dumbell curl.
But in this cable curl we make the use of machine. Similar type of sets do for machine curl too.

BICEPS CURL



B) TRICEPS -

Then the 2nd part of our arms section is  ' Triceps '.
This are the smallest part of our body exercise.
That we need to train with a very light weight.
I will suggest you to do a ' Machine cable tricep curl '.
That exercise is very useful to get a tomb of tricep on your hands.

When you wear a T-shirt that look terrific. And reflects your ' Athletic Personality '.

TRICEPS PULL DOWN



6) LEGS EXERCISE -


Then we go to the leg section were we simply do a Situps ( Baithak ).
Do 1 or 2 sets of 5 to 10 repetion at the beginning.
Then after that do standing calfs by talking the any vertical support.

All the information provided by me in this blog is all the experience i have gain doing this from a long time.
